The 200m and speed are all we are thinking about for this great day of dragon boat racing!

The Lachine Knockout is celebrating this year its 23rd edition! Teams from all across Quebec and Ontario provinces gather to this fun event.

Each team will race two 2 qualifying heats and a final. Sport teams will do “knockout” finals. For the community teams, the “knockout” finals will be determined according to the number of registrations. For each Knockout final the crew in the last position is eliminated and remaining crew return immediately to the start line until a winner is determined.

For the sport category, the event will be sanctioned by Dragon Boat Canada.

1. Sport Division

Standard boat(20):
  • Mixed
  • Women
  • Open

Dragon Boat Canada rules of racing will apply for the Sport division. 

We’ll add the SMALL BOAT option if in demand. Please contact us to register your interest in a small boat division at the Lachine Knockout.

2. Community Division

Standard boat(20):
  • Mixed
  • Women
