Following the latest announcements from the Government of Quebec, we regret to announce that the Pointe-Claire long distance event which was to take place on Saturday October 3 has been canceled.

Thank you for your interest in this event. The Pointe-Claire long distance competition will be on our calendar of events in 2021.

Looking for a long distance paddling challenge? This event is for you! For the 2020, only single boats will be allowed to race.

New for 2020:

Beginner and intermediate division (2.5km and 5km) for OC1 and SUP!

RACE FORMAT

  • 2.5 km (PFD mandatory)
  • 5 km (PFD mandatory)
  • 10km (PFD mandatory)

DIVISIONS & Categories :

For each of the following divisions, there will be a Men and Women category.

  • Oc1
  • Oc2 (Covid 19 rule: participant must live at the same address) 
  • SUP
  • Sprint Canoe-Kayak: K1 & C1
  • K2 (Covid 19 rule: participant must live at the same address or be aged under 16)
  • Marathon Canoe : C1 & C2 (Covid 19 rule: no restriction, marathon canoe as more then 2m between paddlers)
  • Sea kayak
  • Prone

Age categories :

The results will be presented as follows: general classification and age categories. You will be categorized according to your ages when the results are published. Don’t forget to enter your date of birth when registering!

REGISTRATION FEE

Following the latest announcements from the Government of Quebec, we regret to announce that the Pointe-Claire long distance event which was to take place on Saturday October 3 has been canceled.

  • 2.5 km: 25$ pp + taxes (28,74$)
  • 5km: 35$ pp + taxes (40,24$)
  • 10km: 45$ pp + taxes (51,74$)
  • Outrigger & SUP rental: 10$ + taxes.
  • Junior (17 years old and under) 20$ pp + taxes (23$).
