3) Shipping
Shipping is limited to Canada.
We will deliver the ordered products at the address you provide. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address will be charged to the buyer.
*Prices do not include delivery costs.
Delivery period: Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Free shipping for all orders of $300 and more. (Exception: Boats and ergometer)
Boats: The boats are delivered at the Olympic Basin. The client is responsible for taking possession of the boats. Please contact us to know the delivery fees from the Olympic Basin to your site.
*Multistroke ergometer : Fees for transportation at the address given are included.
4) Purchase return:
All sales are final, no refunds.
All purchase return requests are subject to approval by Missiondragonboat.com within 10 days of receipt of the order. For purchase return requests, contact us by email at info@missiondragonboat.com or by phone at (514) 999-9509. No purchase return request will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of the order.
All merchandise returned to Missiondragonboat.com must be in the same condition as when delivered by us, including the invoice. Missiondragonboat.com will check the condition of all returned merchandise and verify that it was delivered by Missiondragonboat.com.
In case of a mistake in size (life jackets, clothes, paddles) the item will be replaced by one of the right size. Delivery period and conditions are the same as mentioned above.
Our goal is for all our clients to be satisfied with their purchase.
Shipping or return fees are non-refundable.
Upon receipt, the client becomes owner of the package. Clients who send back the merchandise or refuse the package in the hope of being reimbursed will see the package sent back right away and will have to pay the extra shipping fees. Missiondragonboat.com is not responsible if the package is seized due to unpaid postal charges.
No exchange on boats or ergometer.
5) Product availability
Missiondragonboat.com holds most of its products in stock. If you are interested in an item that is not in stock, don’t hesitate to contact us. Some products are held by our suppliers to reduce our inventory. If the product you want is not in stock, delivery should take between 1 and 3 weeks at the most.

6) Order cancellation

7) Prices
All Missiondragonboat.com prices are in Canadian dollars. Quebec sales taxes and postal charges are not included.
The prices indicated on Missiondragonboat.com are subject to change without prior notice.
8) Taxes
All Missiondragonboat.com prices are in Canadian dollars and the Quebec sales taxes will be apply on every order. (TPS 5% and TVQ 7.5%)
9) Payment
Payments can be made by credit card or on delivery (COD).
Credit card: Clients must use PayPal secure service to make their payment. Once the transaction is confirmed, the package will be shipped. Only Paypal accounts marked Verified will be accepted. If your account is not verified, it will have to be checked before the package is shipped.
